Locate the game’s save file directory:
Default location – [SSD/HDD]\Programmdateien (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Start Over\SpectrumSurvival\Saved\SaveGames

Create a backup:
Before you delete any save files, it’s always a good idea to create a backup in case you accidentally delete the wrong file or something goes wrong. You can copy the entire save file directory to a separate location on your computer.

You can do this by checking the file names or the last modified dates.
Save files ending with the letter M are save files for Missions Progress.
