Changed Fullscreen mode ON/OFF to different display modes. Please be aware that due to this change, the default fullscreen mode will be set to borderless fullscreen mode regardless of your previous saved choice. Jetzt, instead of toggling fullscreen, you can choose from the following three options:
- Grenzenlos: Default fullscreen behavior. Enabling this mode will create black bars around the corners if the resolution does not match the monitor resolution.
- Vollbild: This new fullscreen behavior, also known as Exclusive Fullscreen, disables your desktop to further optimize the game. You may gain some performance benefits when this mode is selected at the cost of some convenience (background apps might not run as expected, as the computer will attempt to concentrate its resources on running Spell Disk smoothly). Jedoch, this exclusive fullscreen mode will always attempt to fit the monitor entirely, so it is crucial that you’re using the aspect ratio same as the monitor you’re using. Ansonsten, you may see some stretched or squashed images throughout the game.
- Windowed: Regular windowed mode. You can move the window around as you’d expect from a windowed application.
- If you’re running the game on a platform other than Windows (such as iOS or Linux), choosing the new Exclusive Fullscreen mode will default the fullscreen mode to the regular ‚borderless‘ fullscreen mode. This is because exclusive fullscreen mode is not supported on other platforms.
- Added some changes to support widescreen. Please be aware that we still recommend playing the game in a 16:9 Seitenverhältnis. These adjustments and changes mostly will not affect any players who played the game on a 16:9 Seitenverhältnis.
- The game scene will attempt to align to the center instead of the right corner of the screen when using an ultrawide screen.
- Adjusted the UI orientation of the end result screens on ultrawide screen aspect ratio.
- Adjusted the size of Level Modifier UI on ultrawide screen aspect ratio.
- Adjusted the location of the circle light on the wardrobe on ultrawide screen aspect ratio.
- Fixed an issue where button navigation to the left was disabled when opening and closing the language tab.
- Fixed a typo in the Sword Sheath artifact and Mage Shield artifact.
- Fixed various item description inconsistencies in certain languages.
- Fixed an issue Void Wisp had an unusual amount of duration.
- Adjusted strength of stout helm and grace guard artifact in the survivor mode only, to avoid making it possible to reach 100% damage reduction from all sources.
- Internal logging behavior disabled to further optimize the game.
- Other code clean ups and minor optimizations.
