Because you can truly have your students learn upper-grade courses if you have Teachers with high competency, thus your students obtain 100 full marks for entire academic years when they are still in Grade 2.
Auch so, I normally offer special courses like Eye-Exercise, Community Serving, Ethics, and so on just to complete the calendar, but you may also assign more advanced courses (Zum Beispiel, Northshore with 1-Star just needs Rudimentary Courses to graduate) to obtain more Community Points.
