Granblue-Fantasie: Versus Achievement Guide

This guide will show you the step-by-step guide on how to get 100% achievements in Granblue Fantasy: Gegen. Bevor wir beginnen, note that this guide may contain Granblue Fantasy: Versus spoilers. You have been wanred.

Here’s a quick walkthrough to get all achievements in Granblue Fantasy: Gegen.

If you’re new to fighting games, it’s always recommended to go through the Mission Training Mode achievements first to get yourself comfortable with the mechanics.

RPG Mode (Geschichte)

You’ll automatically unlock these achievements as you progress through the story. They cannot be missed.

A New Journey Begins

Unfamiliar Skies

Skybound Protector

When the Dragon’s Voice Resounds
Clear main quest chapter 5 of RPG mode. Storybezogen, kann nicht übersehen werden.

Event Horizon
Clear the final chapter of the main quest. Storybezogen, kann nicht übersehen werden.

Hardmodus
Unlock main quest chapter ∅ of RPG mode. Obtained after watching credits roll.
You do not actually have to play any quests in hard mode to get this.

RPG Mode (Genossenschaft)

You’ll unlock the RPG Mode Co-Op Feature in Chapter 2. There are achievements associated with these as well.

Backup Please!
Use Request Backup (Online) in RPG mode to join a co-op quest and clear it.
You need to host the mission to get this achievement.

Reporting In!
Use search filters in RPG mode to join a co-op quest and clear it.
You need to join and clear someone else’s mission to get this achievement.

A Friend in Arms!
Clear an RPG mode quest with a player 2-controlled partner.

Katarina will join your party after Episode 8: Undesired Duel during Chapter 2. You can now have a 2nd player join the quest in the quest preparation screen. You do not need a second controller or a second user to get this achievement. Simply change the partner setting option to „Spieler 2“ and start the quest. The partner character will idle throughout, but you’ll get the achievement after completing the quest.

RPG Mode (Andere)

Apart from the story, these are some miscellaneous achievements you can get in RPG Mode.

What Am I?
Get a Vyrn weapon in RPG mode.

There are several weapons modeled after Vyrn, the little mascot dragon of the crew. Es gibt 1 Vyrn Weapon per playable character, and they provide a unique skill and weapon skill for that character. You’ll need to get just 1 of these weapons to unlock this achievement. These weapons are awarded through the Bonus Missions section in RPG mode through achieving certain conditions as shown below.

Lowain	When you love someone, greifen ‚em tight and never let go!	Vyrn Switchblade	As Lowain summon Yggdrasil yourself and while active, defeat the CPU Yggdrasil.
Zeta	Aren’t you cold with your belly button out?	Vyrionac	Defeat Proto Bahamut 3 times playing as Zeta.
Vaseraga	This is my Nice-Abs Power form	Bravyry	Klar 5 quests with no partner or support skills equipped.
Beelzebub	Put your life on the line…	Chavyos Matter	Select Beelzebub as your main or support character and start episode 40: The Absolute. Make it to Beelzebub’s second phase it’ll unlock right after the battle, win or lose.
Narmaya (DLC)	Can’t take your eyes off me, kannst du?	Vyxaba	Pause the game for 60 seconds straight in RPG mode.
Djeeta (DLC)	Does there have to be a reason for everything?	Excalivyrn	Go to RPG Mode Settings and turn Scene Skip off. Then beat episode 40: The Absolute, 3 mal.
Soriz (DLC)	You’re not going into battle with that, are you?	Crimson Vyrnger	Klar 5 missions with only your main grid weapon equipped.
Zooey (DLC)	I ain’t no bathing beauty!	Cosmic Sword VYRN	As Zooey, use Support Skill Conjunction 5 mal. Conjunction is unlocked in Tower of Babyl floor 75.

Luminiera’s Blade
Get a Luminiera Blade Omega in RPG mode.

This is likely the achievement you’ll spend most of your time on. You’ll have to acquire the weapon „Luminiera Blade Omega“. Es gibt 2 ways to get this weapon.

1. There’s an abysmally low rate to draw the weapon with the Premium Draw Tickets. If you’re lucky and get it in one of your draws, the trophy will unlock automatically. You can cheat by backing up your save, spending your stocked up tickets and reloading it again until you get it, but it’s likely faster to speed through RPG Hard Mode as you may have to spend thousands of draw tickets to get one.
2. Crafting it in Siero’s shop. You’ll need x10 Champion’s Merits and x5 Gran Medals. Champion’s Merits can be obtained from S Ranking Free Quests in Normal Mode or random drops from any quests in Hard Mode, but Gran Medals can only be acquired in the quest „Sky Realm Adventurer“ at Hard Mode, unlocked after Chapter 5 of the Hard Mode difficulty, so you’ll essentially have to replay RPG Mode again just to get this material.

Skyfarer’s Challenge
Discover the Tower of Babyl in RPG mode.

After completing the first 3 chapters in the story, you’ll unlock the Tower of Babyl in the main menu of RPG Mode. Enter this Game Mode and view the opening to unlock this achievement.

Slime Vanquisher
Verlust 50 Schleim. You’ll get this automatically through progressing the story.

That’s Thirty
Führen Sie durch 30 draws.

You’ll unlock the Draw feature after completing Chapter 2. Premium Draw Tickets obtained through various means like Bonus Missions and S Ranking quests can be used to draw weapons here. Ziehen 30 Mal, um diesen Erfolg zu erreichen.

Veteran of the Marketplace
Spend a total of 100,000 rupies. You’ll easily get 100k from progressing the story.
Just spent them in Siero’s Shop on whatever you like.

Gegen, Arkade & Mission Training Mode

These are achievements associated with the other offline game modes.

One Small Step for a Skyfarer
Beat the CPU on Normal or higher difficulty in Versus mode.

Glückwunsch!
Clear Arcade mode in any difficulty. To make things quicker, you can set Round Wins (Arkade) Zu 1 in Customize > Battle Settings on the main menu.

Memories Are Beautiful
Use the key record feature in Free Training mode.

Key Record is a feature to record and replay your opponent’s moves. In Free Training Mode, press L3 (or keyboard equivalent) to transfer control to the opponent character. Press L3 again to start recording. Press L3 once more to stop recording. Endlich, press R3 once to playback your recording to get this trophy.

Bereit zu rumpeln!
Schließe alles ab 25 Basic Missions in Mission Training Mode with at least C-Rank to get this achievement.

Dort’s More than One Way to Win
Complete all Skill Missions for one character to get this achievement.

Dragon Knight’s könnte!
Clear any 10 combo practices in Mission Training mode.

Sehen? I Kept Up Just Fine!
Klar 1 Charakter’s countermeasures in Mission Training mode > Match-Ups.
A minimum of C-Rank is required to clear it.

Online Mode

These achievements require you to play against other players online.

Now the Real Fight Begins!
Complete the tutorial matches.

Upon selecting Online from the main menu for the first time, wählen „Initial Ranking Matches“ and complete the set of 7 Übereinstimmungen. Der erste 5 is against CPU, und das letzte 2 is against other online players. You’ll be awarded this achievement regardless of the results upon completion.

Win an online match.

Always Strive for Perfection
Save a replay of your match. You can save a replay during the results screen at the end of an Online Match with the button X (Regler).

Communication Skills at Full Power
Use a sticker, Emote, or phrase online. In an online lobby, press Y (Regler) and select any sticker, emote or phrase to unlock this achievement.

Unlock all entries in the glossary’s Characters and Terms section.

In Journal > Glossar, you’ll have to unlock every entry in the first two tabs, Charaktere, and Terms. You’ll unlock entries naturally by progressing through RPG Mode. Note that you’ll require all DLC characters to get this trophy!

Petrify an opponent 10 times in a match. This is Percival’s Unique Skill.
