It could be by visiting Central City, having a chat with the receptionist in the tavern, or maybe it’s meant to unlock the Prairie area pedestal first as part of the storyline.

Memory Journey

I have freed all the skills on my memory board.

By the time Faye returns to the White Castle, it’s a good idea to have acquired all the skills that only require skill points.
