Are there normal jobs that utilize the extra tools? What I mean is, are there non-story jobs that you can take where you need to align the tires, align the headlights, weld the body, or paint the car?
I haven’t seen a single job that requires any of these except story missions. It would be so wild to me if they included those tools in the game and then never require you to really use them.
Answers:
- Test path jobs? Use the test path to tease out issues with brakes and suspension, you don’t need a “special” job for that. Any car with that kind of issue can be used there. It’s one of several tools at your disposal to identify defective parts.
- There are normal jobs with wheel and light alignment and tuning parts for sure cause I got few (they are marked with a wrench as “additional job” if I good remember). And that upgrades You will use anyway if you want to get the best price for renovating cars and get the best money from it.
