At the start of the game you will find this note near the main entrance to the building.

When you open the door with the key and go upstairs there will be an open window in the room. Go our the window and on the roof you will find the note.

In the room where you take the first door key there is a cupboard and on the shelf you will find this note.

This note can be found in the room where you take the item in order to get the key to the door. On the left side at the end there is a cabinet with the note on the shelf.
