A quick, no-nonsense step-by-step text guide to ensure you get all achievements while you enjoy your stay on the island.

Intro and Quick Tips

While the game shows arrows to move when you start you can also use WASD, it felt more comfortable for me since you also need the spacebar to interact,

This walkthrough will only show what you need to do to carry the story forward and/ or get achievements, BUT as a rule of thumb you can interact with anything that’s colored on screen to get some commentary and/ or scenes. In fact I recommend you do so as it’ll make the story more enjoyable.

First Day

Leave the boat and you’ll automatically start a conversation with Jeppe and Jan.

Follow Jan to the right to get some several dialogue scenes, keep following until you reach a building marked “The Hermit”, open the door and go inside.

Here talk with everyone, you’ll then have to do a dancing minigame, just try and follow the prompts and no worries, nothing happens if you get it wrong.

Following a scene and a conversation with Jan you’ll be outside again and puke.

Press WASD (or the arrow keys) all at the same time to puke again unlocking

LOOK, SHRIMP! in the process.

Now go towards your home, the map gives you a clear direction but it’s basically right, up and right: enter it.

Go left and upstairs to reach your bed and have a dream, in the dream bar simply speak to everyone to bring this day to a close.

Second Day

After waking up head to the ground floor and interact with the yellow luggage icons as they appear (there’ll be two on the ground floor and two near where your bed is).

Frigg’ll say it’s time to visit the workshop but we’re stopping at The Hermit again first, to get a few achievements along the way.

Enter the bar when you reach it.

Examine the poster on the right to get

ASTRID’S FAMOUS HOTDOG RECIPE.

The jukebox just below said poster to get

ANDREA’S JUKEBOX

And finally go to the pinball machine on the left side and examine it two times to unlock

SIMON’S NOTE

We’re done here, head out and go right, down and left until you reach Jan’s workshop.

Enter and head right for a conversation, then go back outside.

Start going back towards your house until you get a conversation, then follow the character for another chat and a minigame.

Before exiting the cave interact with the photo on the car hood.

This’ll net you

WHAT A GOOD DOG.

Now go back to The Hermit and enter, talk with everyone for another minigame.

Once done exit the bar, head home and go to bed.

In the dream speak with everyone to finish this day.

Third Day

Head downstairs and you’ll be taken to a closer view of the table, interact with both bottles and once you exit you’ll get

SUE, GEORGE AND THE BIKERSو

WHEN ANDERS DIED. If you exit by mistake before getting both just interact with the table again.

Leave your house and go to the bar, enter for a scene.

Once outside keep going to the right then up then right again, following some tire tracks until you get another scene then follow the prompts.

(for the minigame, move your hands to the lower part of the screen so they can slide under the head, then keep moving forward using the usual controls)With this somber task done head back home, speak with the man here.

This’ll unlock

MEET ASTRID’S DAD.

Now go to bed, in the dream interact with the phone to finish this day and Act.

Fourth Day

Go downstairs and once you’re close to the table you’ll get

THE FROZEN MAN.

Leave and go towards the workshop, here you’ll get a convo before heading in. Once inside talk to Jan.

Now go towards Beth’s house, if you look at the map you’ll see it’s on the far right of the island. Go in that direction and cross the bridge until you see a graveyard.

Once you’re there head right and you’ll see this sign.

Interact with it to travel to the other zone, then follow the path until you meet Beth and talk to her.

Now use the wheelbarrow on your right to get into a minigame.

(this one’s pretty tricky, but again it seems you can just hit the seal whenever to “pass”)Go back to the sign, cross to the other zone and go to The Hermit.

At the bar talk to everyone, get a scene then talk with everyone again until you get another minigame.

You can now head outside and go back home to sleep for a dream scene.

Fifth Day

Head downstairs once more to unlock

SHE IS SOMEONE.

Head towards the workshop until you meet Jan then follow him to a sign

(if you lose him it’s just north of your house). Use the sign.

After the story interact with the blue car here.

You’ll be rewarded with

ANNE LOUISE’S CAR “MARINA”.

Head inside to play another minigame.

(this one’s SO LONG and a pain in the ass on keyboard, and I don’t think there’s any way to skip it sadly)Once you’re finally done with that you’ll be inside again.

Interact with the records on your left for

DENNIS’ RECORDand the painting on your right for

MURRAY’S POSTER.

Head upstairs using the staircase to the right of the painting.

Here examine the large fish tank just to your right for

“YNGLET” BY NIFFLAS.

Go back downstairs and use the doorway on the lower left corner.

In the kitchen, examine the toolbox for a few scenes.

Once you’re in control again head down and use the sign to swap zones then head back home and sleep.

Sixth Day

Go downstairs to get

MEET MISTER BOnear the table.

Exit and go to Jan’s workshop, go in for a conversation.

Go back out, head to Ander’s cave and enter for a scene.

Make your choice then go to The Hermit.

Enter for a scene then go outside, سوف تحصل

MEET ASTRID’S MUMafter a video.

Go back home and sleep.

Seventh Day

As usual you’ll get an achievement,

KILLING KLUMBEN, when you reach the table.

Walk past the bridge to the graveyard and to the small grave.

Go back to the bridge, go right just after you’ve crossed it and then up.

Go up a little more from the previous screenshot and you’ll find a black and blue flyer on a long wooden plank, interact with it to get

MIKKEL’S NOISECOMB FLYER.

Now go to your home and use the sign slightly north of it to reach the other area.

Inside you basically just have to talk to everyone to get a couple minigames until the sheriff throws a tantrum then follow her to the right for more scenes.

Once he shows up talk to Leeroy then you can go home to sleep when you’re ready.

Eighth Day

مرة أخرى, head downstairs and you’ll get

OUT OF BEER, OUT OF HERE.

Now head outside for a chat then go up and use the sign.

In the next area head up and right to find a dock, approach the people for a scene and minigame.

You’ll now be in a completely new area, go right until you reach a woman resting then go upwards to see this.

Interact with the half-hidden lifebuoy to unlock

I CAN’T SWIM.

Now go up to find a gnome, then left for a green structure then left again towards a sign for a cutscene.

Go back to where the woman was resting for a minigame then go back to the boat.

Once you’re off the boat go down and use the sign to switch zones.

DON’T GO HOME YET!as we have another achievement here.

Go towards Anders’ cave

(if you forgot its location open the map and look just north of the bridge).

From the cave go down and right to find a creature on the riverbank.

Interact with it to get

KARINA’S SIDESPARKER.

Now head back home and enter to get the

WHEN A MUSOX WALKS ONand head to bed.

Ninth Day

Go to Anders’ cave again, head in for a conversation.

Now we’re off to The Hermit, go inside and talk to the only person here.

You’ll be in a small scene, simply talk to everyone and do a minigame

(jeez, that was intense!).

Now exit the bar and head towards your home, but before you enter speak to the guy with the glasses just to the right of it.

This nets you the

MEET ASTRID’S BROTHERإنجاز.

You can now go inside and sleep.

The Last Day

Head downstairs one last time to get

BOBBI’S OBITUARY.

Go to The Hermit, you’ll get a scene on the way, continue to the bar and enter.

Inside just talk to everyone until you get a cutscene then talk to Sue and Leeroy in the middle for another scene, then talk to Sue again.

Now head to Anders’ cave, read the letter you find inside.

You must now go to the dock on the far left side of the island, past Jan’s workshop you’ll see a sign to switch zones.

It’s not required but you’d totally talk to the people along the way!At the docks speak to Jan to reach a new area.

Here simply enter the building in front of you to get

OPEN THE DOORand finish the game.
