The advantage provided by Strength (STR) lies in the use of stamina to facilitate both dodging and blocking maneuvers. Importantly, these maneuvers do not deplete stamina, allowing all available stamina to be allocated to offensive actions.
When considering mixed character builds, the key is not so much the distribution of attributes, but rather the selection of skills.
