Here’s how you can easily beat the final boss without breaking a sweat! Spoiler alert for those who care!

Final Boss Guide

في اللعبة, there’s a cool trick that lets you use two different weapons without losing your invisibility when you’re using an A.O.G. ship. These two weapons are the Bio-Hazard Turret and the Flamelance Turret, and they both have a range of 2.2 كيلومترات. When facing regular crewed ships, there’s a tiny chance they might hit your ship with a probe, but it’s very unlikely. لكن, when you’re up against the Warp Guardian, that risk becomes zero because it can’t detect you when you’re cloaked and entering the Grand Warp Gate, and it also doesn’t shoot probes at you.

لذا, if you’re playing single-player or just don’t want to deal with the most frustrating boss in your whole playthrough, here’s the simple strategy to follow, along with some personal suggestions:

1. Begin with an A.O.G. Ship (like Stargazer, Carrier, or Sylvassi Swordship) or find one and capture it.
2. Collect the 4 Data Fragments تحتاج. You don’t need any of the special effect ones for this strategy. You could even have the Cursed Fragment and still beat this boss with minimal effort.
3. Tell your AI to do absolutely nothing, even if you have them. Let them just hang out uselessly in the cockpit. You can even remove Pi-Bot and Sci-Bot as their skills don’t matter in this fight.
4. Ensure you have the Turret Cooling and Damage Talents maxed with your Engineer and Weapons Specialist! If you’re missing one or both, summon their bots and repeat step 3!
5. Warp up to the Grand Warp Gate, keeping your cloak active. Once the fight starts, the Warp Guardian will just float around, occasionally turning. Stay at around 2.1 kilometers away, and back off a bit if it looks like it’s going to hit you. Keep firing your weapons. When the second phase begins, it’s the same deal – just keep doing what you’re doing.
6. You’ve reached the Lost Colony! تهانينا!

My Recommendations: شخصيا, I recommend fighting the Warp Guardian with a Carrier. من هنا, you can use both the Flamelance and Bio-hazard Turrets. The distance between the nearest turret station and the Ship Controls is shorter on the Carrier compared to the Stargazer or Swordship, which is a plus for solo players.

A great ship to grab is one of the Caustic Corsairs, one of the Sector Commanders. It’s not only a highly upgraded Carrier but also comes with an enhanced Bio-Hazard Turret. It’s the perfect ship for defeating the final boss, but be warned, capturing it can be quite challenging – they call them Sector Commanders for a reason!
