Konami has re-released Bluepoint’s work on the 7th Gen HD Collection and made some improvements. لكن, they’ve left it at 720p on PC in 2023, which is quite baffling.

How to Unlock Resolution

This here is an experimental ASI Plugin designed for the Steam versions of Metal Gear Solid 2 and Metal Gear Solid 3. It’s got a nifty feature that lets you change the in-game resolution via an ini config file.

For those diving into MGS 3, it’s recommended for resolutions like 1920×1080 and 3840×2160. While this plugin plays nice with MGS 2, beware that cranking up the resolution might introduce some funky bugs to the user interface. Here’s what you need to do:
