The Steam achievement icon is different than the one in-game, but counts as the same achievement.
Press the bush in the third level until a dino pops up.

Apex predator
Defeat the ferocious Great-T
Just kill the final dinosaur boss from this Primal update. If you are struggling with this level, take Eiskalt as a hero he is a bit to good.
