As Poland, be independent and ensure that both Germany and the USSR are either in your faction or don’t exist.

We start as Poland, obviously. We have some workers to suppress and some neighbors who want us dead. Start out by completing the regency focus, followed up by getting rid of the peasant’s strike. Now you should have historical AI off, because we want the Germans to oppose Mr. Hitler. Keep trying until they finally do so. The Communist Problem
So we are safe from the Germans. The Soviets are the main issue. I personally got very lucky when doing this, as the SSSR decided to rise up in the most useless area in Russia, but still survive against the communists. Your main focus, is to build up a large enough army to attack the Russians, and have enough war score to at least puppet them. You should also seize Danzig, because we need to utilize our ports, and we have just two. Be sure to unite with whatever country your monarch fits with, as you get their army. Czechoslovakia provides some good tanks, and Romania will expand your border with the Reds. Make sure your conscription laws are at least limited, and you have partial mobilization, If the Russians are in a state of a civil war that will remain deadlocked, أنت محظوظ, because there are about no troops on your border. make sure you have at least 100 divisions, and have fortified your border. Begin justifying on Russia.
Destroying the Reds
With your German allies, you will be able to attack the Russians. if the Soviets were in a civil war that recently ended, make sure you justified on the Opposing side, and declare war as soon as it ends. Make sure to aggressively execute your battle plan, as there aren’t a lot of divisions on your border. If there was NO Soviet Civil War, let the Russians attack you, until their yellow bars are gone. When they stop attacking, begin pushing back. Make sure to call Germany into the war, as they don’t like Stalin or whoever you’re going to defeat. It is important to attack before they complete the Soviet-French pact, as this will draw the French in, and Germany has a large border with France which they may not be watching. Russia is incredibly painful to capitulate, so make sure your early gains count.
As the frontline extends, Russia will not be able to fill it, as they need their troops close to Moscow. War score shouldn’t matter, as if Germany puppets Russia, they will still be in your faction. Now Romania also has one of your cores, which you need for the achievement, so just justify on them (or their faction members) to take that core state. You only need one province in the state to own it, and the achievement will fire up. You now have neutralized the 2 great powers on your border, meaning Poland will never be partitioned again.
