In the yard of the school, to the left of where you enter is a street. Walk down it.

If you walk to the back building you will encounter the janitor.

Once you return the ball to storage the room next to the save room will be open.

Climb up the ladder and look along the wood beams and boxes.

Climb the ladder with only feet.

In the school (back building once you obtain the key) to the left before the gym is a ladder against a wall. Just jump up it to stand at the top.

In the gym in the right corner you can jump on top of the stuff to get to the basket.

Climb up the gutter on the back of the school to get on the roof.

At the front of the school is a ledge you can drop onto.

By the window you will see this hidden achievement.

Still on the roof, drop down to the smaller building and when following the edge around. Pass the first gutter and before the second one you will get this.
