UI Improvements:
- Added a note in the smelter and factory windows indicating that the ingredients must be placed in the planet or station inventory.
Bug fixes:
- The starting ship for a new game will now depend on the difficulty level. Games started on easier difficulties will start the game with a better ship. This helps players who thought it was too difficult on very easy difficulty. Also updated some tutorial text to account for the different starting ships.
- Fixed the volume for medium and large fuel tanks. The volumes for these modules were too high, making them not worth getting.
