The actual recipe

This is part of a wonderful list of recipes that have you cut things into thousand of little bits and then drizzle those bits with precise amounts of liquids. Here is my advice:

• Put the olive oil and spices in the greek salad BEFORE cutting it up into little bits (you’ll want to cut the cucumber and green pepper in half beforehand, and only have the 40g of goat cheese, but that’s it). You’ll want EXACTLY the right amount spread around all your ingredients, and you can at least check that is the case if you only have 5. You don’t need an exact even split, which is impossible because
• Speaking of cutting, both the onion and half-green pepper can go in the automatic cutter (by the microwave) without a penalty to your score. Save yourself some time this way.
• Make sure to check the recipe often! After doing it fifteen times or so to finally earn the five stars, I started forgetting steps and spices which sometimes hid the second, especially frustrating issue with this recipe..

The bugs!

نعم, there are some bugs here. بالطبع, they aren’t explained, and they can lead to some head-scratching results.

الحمد لله, the greek salad part, which is the most annoying to do, is free from those bugs. It’s the baked cod that suffers from them.

• First thing: You need to fry the cod on both sides. حتى الآن, it’s the only recipe that’s required without saying it. If your dish briefing says “heating mistakes”, that’s likely what you’re doing wrong.
• The second thing that took me a long time to figure out: If you did everything correctly, as the recipe asks for, in the order the recipe asks for You still won’t get a perfect grade; it’ll say you put too much of the drizzle on. I’m not sure what causes this- I haven’t tested too in-depth- but I drizzled after frying the cod in the oil on both sides. For whatever reason, it seems like it’s counting the drizzle twice- once for each side. لذا, what you need to do is only pour half of the required drizzle (7-8ml) on the fish. I made the 15ml and then tasted it over and over again until I reached 7.
