This guide will tell you how to find all of the bonus scenes with the non-romanceable characters. It’s worth pointing out that you may need to talk to the character in the chapter interludes before the interlude where you can find their bonus scenes (with the exception of Serizawa-1). Some scenes are specific to routes of the romanceable characters while others can be found no matter whose route you go for, but I’ll still list whose routes I found these scenes in.
Serizawa-1
A Surprising Skill
Keisuke Yamanami’s Route: Before Chapter 1 starts, speak to Yamanami first and then Serizawa. Choose the option “What is he doing?”
Serizawa-2
Tested Resolve
Soji Okita’s Route: In the interlude between Chapter 1 and Chapter 2, talk to Okita and then Serizawa. Choose the option, “How about Shimada?”
Inoue-1
Inoue’s Enlightenment
Isami Kondo/Soji Okita’s Route: In the interlude between Chapter 6 and Chapter 7, talk to Kondo or Okita and then talk to Inoue. Choose the option, “Thank you for doing your part.”
Inoue-2
Shinpachi Nagakura’s Route: In the interlude between Chapter 14 and Chapter 15, talk to Nagakura and then Inoue. Either option is fine.
Shimada-1
In Over His Head
Shinpachi Nagakura’s Route: In the interlude between Chapter 5 and Chapter 6, talk to Nagakura and then Shimada. Choose the option, “Do you want to look for him together?”
Shimada-2
Isami Kondo’s Route: In the interlude between Chapter 16 و 17, talk to Kondo and then Shimada. Choose the option, “I’ll go with Commander Kondo.”
Takeda-1
Umetaro Saitani’s Route: In the interlude between Chapter 6 and Chapter 7, talk to Saitani and then Takeda. Choose the option, “The times are changing.”

Sanosuke Harada’s Route: In the interlude between Chapter 15 and Chapter 16, talk to Harada and wait for the last opportunity to talk to Oishi. Choose the option, “Then just go train.”

Susumu Yamazaki’s Route: In the interlude between Chapter 8 and Chapter 9, talk to Yamazaki and then Ito. Choose the option, “لذا, is Yamazaki your type?”
