On the southwest part of Oxenfordscire, find the well beside the huge tree. All you need to do is break the wooden cover of that well and go inside. Slowly drop yourself inside the well and once you reach the bottom, you need to interact with the available actions in the ground.
After the loot, you will now receive the Snakebite Scheme (Figurehead) and receive +180 XP. And that’s the exact location of the treasure in Oxenfordscire.
