How to Fix Stuttering Problems

I’m not sure about the specific differences between these two methods, but both worked equally well for me. Nonetheless, AC4 struggles to fully tap into the potential of modern CPUs, and these fixes are essentially like fancy band-aids. Perhaps a skilled individual will come up with a genuine solution. Ubisoft doesn’t seem concerned about making their games future-proof, unlike Valve, which does so with nearly all their titles.
