This guide is part walkthrough part how-to-play. The goal was to give the viewer a basic sense of how the game Apparition works and then tactics to use to achieve higher scores that can be tweaked to rise on the leaderboard.
Totally underappreciated, Apparition takes a much different approach to the first-person survival horror genre. Though still trying to survive, the goal is not to navigate a story but rather to gather points. If that sounds odd, it is. I don’t think I’ve encountered another game like this. In the video above I give you the basics of the game and how to play as a beginner, followed by more experienced playing to get those high scores and hit the leaderboard hard.
